Architectural Features

Custom Brick Fireplace: The focal point is a custom-masonry brick fireplace with a built-in gas insert.   This structure is built to serve as a structural anchor, providing warmth and a vertical design element that draws the eye upward.

Integrated Outdoor Kitchen

Flanking the brick fireplace, a fully integrated outdoor kitchen & bar island was also installed. This “built-in” grilling & bar top island style ensures a permanent, weather-proof cooking station featuring professional-grade appliances and seamless countertop transitions.

The Pavilion Sanctuary

To ensure year-round utility, the entire social zone is housed underneath a custom wood pavilion. This pavilion provides essential shade and protection from the elements, while the open-air sides allow for natural ventilation. This overhead structure allows for integrated lighting, outdoor heated lamps, and media mounting, turning the fireplace and kitchen into a true outdoor “great room.”
