A Refined Blend of Unilock Pavers

This elevated, retained patio was expertly constructed using Unilock Pisa 2 XL Smooth wall systems to create a strong, clean-lined foundation that defines the space and manages grade changes with precision. The patio surface features a refined blend of Unilock Beacon Hill pavers and a 90 degree herringbone pattern using Copthorne steel blue pavers for the fire pit area, adding depth, texture, and visual contrast—especially within the dedicated firepit area. Custom-built benches were seamlessly integrated into the layout to provide both functionality and architectural cohesion, offering comfortable seating that complements the overall design. A modular gas fire pit anchors the lower space, creating a warm, inviting focal point ideal for gathering and entertaining while showcasing the craftsmanship and durability of premium Unilock materials.

To enhance privacy and soften the overall outdoor living space, thoughtfully planned landscaping was added around the patio, with a focus on creating effective screening along the east side facing the road. Layered plantings were installed to provide year-round visual separation while maintaining a natural, inviting feel. Landscape beds were added to the elevated patio space to blend the hardscape seamlessly into the surrounding environment, adding color, texture, and depth. For a clean, modern finish and long-term durability, Maylen black stone was used in the elevated planting areas instead of traditional mulch, offering a polished look that reduces maintenance while complementing the patio’s materials and elevation.
