Residential Landscape Design Project
This project involved giving a facelift to the front of a large home situated on a 5-acre lot in New Albany. The existing condition was a basic concrete slab and steps.
Materials Used:
- Oberfields Versa-Lock retaining wall block was used to wrap the concrete.
- Unilock single full nose was used as coping.
- Unilock Beacon Hill Sierra with a charcoal accent was used on the landing and stoop.
Key Installations:
- Three retaining wall planters were installed with single full nose on top.
- Landscaping was done to address the grassy slope and exposed concrete foundation.
- The grass in front was re-seeded.
- Protrade LED lighting spots were installed on the house and underneath the coping of the walls, landings, and steps.
The customer was very happy with the outcome. Photos of the project at night will be added later.
